Fantastic find Altair, can anyone assist with a positive ID? As far as I was aware the Taiga shot was three 15Kt PNEs in March 1971. Perhaps there is some title text or background Russian audio that confirms the ID? |

OMG, it's awesome! 
There was a picture on Taiga shot on the old Atomic Forum, which was similar to this, if I remember correctly. So, it's Taiga.

The english dub has the same text as the russian one (I can catch some words). The title is: "Experimental Cluster Nuclear Explosion for Moving Soil", and it was made by the "Central Scientific Films". |
