Harold Agnew actually filmed the only surviving motion footage of the Hiroshima mushroom cloud.
There are footages I have not seen before. It's fun to visit the Bravo test firing control bunker station on Bikini, as it existed recently. I am fascinated at how much sand is missing, since it was relatively buried under it in the 1950s.
An added treat is the interview with a former Marine guard who watched over the Bravo device. He even signed the steel casing before the test. I enjoyed his telling what it was like during the test, and the aftermath.
Peculiar to a documentary was the recreation of the daring escape by the Bravo firing team, as their island was overwhelmed by lethal fallout.
Yet there were some errors, like the wrong footage associated with Mike.
I also have a problem with the claim that there is no limit to the output of a thermonuclear device. There is, because a thermonuclear stage requires sufficient efficiency of hydrodynamic crush, which does have a limit. The greatest benefit of the hydrogen stage is the cost-efficiency of potential destruction.
OK, there is a lot more, but I don't want to spoil it all. The closing comment is a gem.
