The ring was smuggling the BIG, BAD U-238 ISOTOPE!
What am I missing here? in the rest of the world, isn't U-238, AKA "depleted Uranium", AKA "Uranium" kind of, like, COMMON? Sort of...like...NOT controlled? NO restrictions?
1.8 kilos..... 11 million dollars.....
for DU.... I Dunno..... I am baffled as to what the big deal is.... unless it was a ripoff.
