Interesting at the end as there is film showing the planes firing some sort of rockets into the cloud, while flying very close to it. Also the music reminds me of a mix between Tom Cochrane and Pink Floyd which also is very interesting set to this footage. Thanks for the link.

The video comes from here, the music is Open Road by Tim Renwick. I don't know which shot it is but the description states Tahiti in the 1950s, France did'nt test their first fission weapon untill 1960. I posted this earlier this year here and the general consensus was that it was Canopus in 1968

Ah Renwick would explain the Pink Floyd influence. It is interesting that the film, though from 1968, is shot in b&w.
