Whats the point of doing a test like that? I don't understand...It seems to me like it just irradiates the area, what type of data do they collect from such an experiment? |

The studies increased efficiency of implosion systems to make the most economical use of very expensive, highly enriched fission metals. |

Man I wish I was into science and also born in a different decade, thatd be awesome to work on these tests and see them. That one in the picture looks amazing. |
