Operation Pointblank Description:  From 1942 onward, the U.S. 8th Air Force based in England conducted daylight bombing raids on military and industrial targets in Germany during Operation Pointblank. Formations of unescorted bombers were no match for German fighters, which inflicted a deadly toll upon the aircrews. Casualties were so great that daytime raids were suspended untill the developement of the P-51 provided a fighter with sufficient range to escort the bombers to the targets and back. The Death Camps Description: 
Extermination camps were built by Nazi Germany during World War II to systematically kill millions of primarily Jewish victims. Non-Jews were also killed in these camps, including Poles, Soviet POWs and other "undesirables". This genocide of the Jewish people was Heinrich Himmler's "Final solution to the Jewish question". In total aproximately 3.7 million people were starved to death or gassed on an industrial scale. Warning, contains highly disturbing images, viewer discretion advised. Bouncing Bomb  Description:  Test footage of the bouncing bomb invented by British engineer Barnes Wallis. The bomb was used in the May 1943 during Operation Chastise to destroy German dams during WWII.

V2 Missile  Description:  Colour footage of Wernher von Braun's infamous V2 balistic missile being launched and crashing. Over 3,000 V-2s were launched as military rockets by the German Wehrmacht against Allied targets in World War II, resulting in the death of an estimated 7,250 military personnel and civilians. An estimated 20,000 inmates at Mittelbau-Dora died constructing V-2s; 9000 died from exhaustion and collapse, 350 hanged (including 200 for sabotage), the remainder were shot or died from disease or starvation. Motivated by twisted concepts of racial cleansing, between 1939 and 1945 the SS killed between 11 and 14 million people in ghettos, mass executions and concentration camps. The largest being the extermination camp complex of Auschwitz-Birkenau in German occupied Poland, where appromately 1.4 million people were either starved to death or gassed before being cremated on an industrial scale.
